Mia and Jake

Mia’s cuteness knows no bounds. She has developed a great toddling, gamboling run. She is saying several words, “upsy daisy”, “dalek”, “hello”. She has a very cute milk routine. She takes her milk and bib, walks into the lounge. She then settles herself onto the sofa with her fluffly pillow and drinks her milk. Lo behold if you pick her up or move her while drinking. She may get a little cross ;-).

She woke last night at around 3pm. For several months she has been sleeping through the night so it was alittle strange. I went into her room and she sat up . I brought her into our bed and she quiely settled down. 10 minutes later she was still awake so I took her back into her cot and she soundlessly cuddled into her taggie while I put her blanket on her and then went to sleep! Bonus. She is such a good girl.

Jake has recovered really well from his surgery. His hearing is excellent and he is much more communicative. He no longer has a perpetual cold and running nose. So all in all, although it was a big thing for Jake to go through, it was worth it in the end. Today Jake and Mia have gone to Baby Beas birthday in Greenwich Park. I am sad I cannot join in 🙁
