The first ‘official’ day back at work. I am hoping that our luck will turn for the better this year. It really did end on a horrible note.
It was dark when I left the house, it was also cold and a fresh dusting of snow had fallen during the night. Did I cycle? Did I hell. Although after the hellish sardine-like commute to Waterloo East, cycling in sub-zero temperatures on an icy road now seems infinitely preferable.
I put up my surround sound speakers a few days ago. They look a little odd sitting just behind the sofa at head level. Apparently that is how they should be though. Now I need to fix the front speakers and place the centre speaker in the telly. The sound is pretty good with a nice bass response and spatial quality.
I just hope that the boys don’t try to pull the speakers from the wall.
