No I really should but I thought a little blog entry would fire me up. Amy left for the States yesterday morning with Sally and Mia. It has been a little lonely here in the house especially when I dropped Jake off at school.However, I had plenty to get on with at work. We are at the tail end of a large project so it is all ‘hands to the pump’ as it were.
Mia didn’t have a good flight according to Ames who Skyped me earlier. She was screaming when she lay in the bassinet because she was unable to lie face down(her preferred and only sleeping position). Amy spent the flight feeding her constantly. Every time Mia drifted off either an announcement would come over the tannoy or the lights would blink on, signalling another round of food/drinks. As you can imagine Mia wasn’t best pleased with the broken sleep and acted in a way that befits a three month old infant. Bless her.
Jake was spending time this afternoon after school playing on the Cbeebies website. He really is rather good at the Alphablocks game and is really getting the hang of putting letters together to form words.
