I have just come back from our Christmas lunch at the local Chinese restaurant. This year, what with the credit crunch we had to pay for our own lunch. Boo! It was very nice and was washed down with a couple of pints of Chinese beer. The name fails me but it was something like ‘Simleg’. Before I start work I though a little blog would be good.
It was not too cold this morning. I put on my leg warmers and buff and was toasty and warm. I am so impressed with my new jacket. It is the business.
At the weekend we went to Fin’s party. I had rather too much mulled wine and when we got back, after putting Jake to bed, I took to my bed and rested for a little while. Jake got rather over-excited at the party after eating two large cakes and ended up doing a little vomit on my trouser leg. Ho hum.
The ‘new one’ is growing at a pace. It is beginning to seem real at last. The 12 week scan is soon and I am excited about the prospect of seeing the little one for the first time.
I have been playing Boomblox on the Wii. It was Amy’s birthday present from Balam. It is kind of like Jenga and is VERY addictive but also very frustrating.
